I am Lauren Konieczny, a stylist, and owner of PRIORITY. I have been in the industry since 2008 (woof that ages me). I decided to make the transition from a self-employed stylist to a salon owner while pregnant with my son. With such a big life change on the horizon, it forced me to start thinking more about what I wanted our future to look like. I knew I wanted to come back to work to something both new and inspiring.

 

Building the salon of my dreams seemed like the perfect project, by being able to merge both my love for hair and design. Business ownership has been an absolute whirlwind, but with the help of family and friends PRIORITY has become all that I hoped it would be.

My goal from the very beginning was to open a space to which every person who steps into our salon feels comfortable, heard, and completely taken care of. From the moment they walk in they are our PRIORITY and leave feeling more confident with a glow from both the inside and out.

I have a deep love for beachy lived-in hair. I specialize in multidimensional brunettes, blondes and extensions. I am obsessed with long hair, I wear extensions myself and live for new install transformations.

My team and I cannot wait to share PRIORITY with all of you. Come on in and hang with us, were pretty cool.
